The Institute is housed in its own campus at 23 Allenganj, near Allahabad University. It is about 10 kms from Allahabad Junction and 1.5 kms from Prayag Station. In the beginning the institute was housed at central Pedagoical Institute Allahabad. Later in 1974 it shifted to its own present campus, The constructed area comprises the following :-

• The main building - It consists of the Principal's chamber, the office an auditorium, a lecture hall, a library, a language lab, 7 tutorial room 5 toilet and a garage.
• The hostel for women - It is in the possession of Secondary Education Commission since 1982.
• The Principal's residence - It has been taken over by the District Magistrate, Allahabad. Presently Deputy Secretary, Board of High School & Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh is staying in it.
• Quarters for Class IV employees - four on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
