The Institute has developed from time to time a variety of teaching/learning materials in different areas of ELT including radio scripts for High School classes. The institute has also produced a number of text book, supplementary readers, wall pictures and flash cards which are used not only in the State of Uttar Pradesh but also in other states of the country. In addition, it has prepared from the time to time monographs and brochures on various aspects of English Language and literature and guidelines on the Evaluation Techniques. One of the most distinguished achievements of the ELTI is the production of a Handout for the trainees of Diploma course in English. Some other remarkable materials to the credit of the Institute are a Training Module of structure teaching at Upper Primary level; Teachers' Guides for Primary and Upper Primary level classes; a Handbook of T.LM. for teaching English at Primary level; and a Training Module to train English Teachers.
